This three-bedroom apartment at Masteri Rivera, the Masterise Homes development in Hai Chau, is available for long-term rent with a view over the Han River. Set close to the river and the Dragon Bridge, the apartment gives you the best of central Da Nang, with the city's riverside promenade, cafes, restaurants and bridges all within easy reach.

The apartment can be rented in two ways. The standard option comes as handed over, already equipped with four air conditioners, two fully fitted bathrooms, and a kitchen with cabinets, hob, range hood and sink, ready for tenants who want to bring their own furniture and make the space their own. Alternatively, it can be rented fully furnished with all the electronics and appliances, so you can simply bring your suitcase and move in.

With three bedrooms and river views, it suits families, or professionals sharing a home, who want a modern high-rise address in the heart of the city.
