• Installation of window frames and glass door frames
• Structural works completed at Level 18

Ongoing works:
• Continued masonry, plastering, and painting works across the basement and tower levels
• Ongoing MEP and fire protection installation
• Façade construction and surface finishing works
• Continued coordination of structural, technical, and finishing works across the site

Next Construction Milestones

The upcoming construction schedule includes:
• Concrete pouring for floor slabs from Levels 19 to 22
• Waterproofing works
• Installation of the glass façade
• Fit-out works
• Preparation of the show apartment
