List of the best new beachfront resort projects in Da Nang and Hoi An offering Villas For Sale in 2020:

Following the successful launch event in mid 2019 which saw the instant sale of first 50% of the villas released to market in the Fusion Resort Danang, the launch of remaining 40+ villas for sale is expected in April 2020.
Malibu Hoi An which officially launched in 2018 and is the closest to completion with expected handovers in the end of 2020 and still has villas available for sale.

As the performance in the first years from opening might be limited, both projects offer guaranteed 8% and 10% per year for the first 2 years from handover in form of a direct discount to sale price.
Official prices are only available for Fusion Danang Villas and Malibu Hoi An Villas, starting at approximately USD420,000 to USD2,500,000 in the Fusion and USD650,000 to USD1,300,000 in the Malibu.
Based on indications from developers, villas for sale in the Shantira Hoi An project will be starting at USD850,000 to USD1,700,000 while the Le Meridien Da Nang tops the list with expected range from USD1,500,000 up to even USD4,500,000 for the largest and most exclusive absolute beachfront villas.
